Brad Minton

Brad Minton has over 22 years of work experience in various roles within the compensation, benefits, and human resources field. Brad currently serves as the Director of Compensation & Benefits at Performance Food Group since August 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP as a Benefits Manager from July 2014 to August 2020. Brad also has a solid background in benefits management, having worked at Owens & Minor from July 2007 to July 2014 in the role of Benefits Manager. Brad also served as an HR Generalist and Compensation Analyst and Stock Plan Administrator at Owens & Minor. Earlier in their career, Brad worked at IBM / Fidelity Investments as a Team/Project Lead for Compensation Services from September 2001 to July 2003. Brad also had roles at IBM as a Project Lead and Pension Analyst. Overall, Brad has a breadth of experience in compensation, benefits, and human resources, making him a valuable asset in their current role.

Brad Minton obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Business Management and Human Resources from North Carolina State University, where they attended from 1993 to 1998. Brad later pursued a Masters degree in Human Resource Management at Rutgers University from 1999 to 2002.
