Claudia Baltazar Mills has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Claudia is currently a Vice President of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging at Performance Food Group since May 2021. In addition to their current role, Claudia is an active member of the Board of Trustees at Sacred Heart Center, starting from July 2022. Claudia also serves on the Board of Trustees for the Chesterfield Education Foundation, starting from July 2022.

Prior to their current positions, Claudia held various roles at Altria, starting in 1999 as a Territory Sales Manager and progressing to Director of Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity. Claudia later became the Director of Inclusion & Diversity and Transformation and Senior Manager of Sales Communications. Claudia has demonstrated expertise in driving transformational change and fostering an inclusive work environment.

Furthermore, Claudia has prior experience at Philip Morris International as an Associate Sales Program Manager, where they managed national programs. Overall, Claudia Baltazar Mills has a strong background in championing diversity and inclusion initiatives and has made a significant impact in their roles throughout their career.

Claudia Baltazar Mills has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from USC Marshall School of Business. Claudia also holds an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Marymount California University. In addition, they have obtained a certification as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in 2022.
