Kristen Roberts

Kristen Roberts, MBA, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Kristen is currently serving as the Corporate Director of Transportation Technology at Performance Food Group, where they lead the company's transportation technology and process road-map. Kristen is responsible for improving efficiencies, earnings, profits, and safety through the effective utilization of current and emerging technologies.

Prior to this, Kristen worked at Kimberly-Clark as the Associate Director of Global S&OP Development. Kristen played a crucial role in the development of the company's Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.

Kristen also has experience as a Consultant at Candid Partners, where they provided strategic advice to clients.

Kristen has a rich history with the Coca-Cola system, having worked at Coca-Cola Enterprises as a Planning Manager for Forecasting & Planning Infrastructure. Kristen was instrumental in the development and improvement of forecasting and planning processes across the company.

Kristen also worked at Coca-Cola Bottler Sales & Services, Customer Business Solutions as a National Customer Analyst. In this role, Kristen supported complex business development projects and led due diligence initiatives.

In addition, Kristen has experience as a Business Analyst/Program Coordinator at MarketSource Inc., where they worked on the Hewlett-Packard program. Kristen provided data analysis and recommendations to enhance program impact.

Early in their career, Kristen held roles as a Sr. Technical Recruiting Manager at Ajilon Consulting and as a Recruiter at Comms People Inc.

Kristen Roberts, MBA, PMP, completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from Parker College of Business at Georgia Southern University between 1991 and 1995. Kristen then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Information Systems Consulting from Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business from 2002 to 2004. In addition to their degrees, Kristen Roberts has also obtained certifications in Six Sigma Greenbelt from The Coca-Cola Company in 2008 and the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation from the Project Management Institute in 2006.
