Lisa Englander Brink

Lisa Englander Brink has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Lisa Englander started their career as an Assistant Programmer and later worked as a Student Activities Graduate Assistant at the University of Minnesota. In 2008, they joined the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota as an International Program Manager.

In 2011, Lisa joined Target and served in roles such as Business Partner Learning & Development and Senior Business Partner Learning & Development. Their responsibilities included managing external vendor relationships, designing and developing training sessions, and leading onboarding programs for Distribution field executives and team members. Lisa Englander also conducted data analysis work to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Lisa joined Cargill in 2015 and held positions such as Instructional Designer, Learning & Development Lead, and Senior Learning & Development Lead. In these roles, they managed internal project teams and external contractors for designing and delivering training programs. Lisa Englander also worked as part of a change, communications, and education team and developed training content for Cargill's HR Transformation.

Currently, Lisa serves as the Director of Learning & Organizational Development at Performance Food Group, a position they started in 2024.

Lisa Englander Brink earned their Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership, Policy & Development from the University of Minnesota, where they studied from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completing their studies from 1999 to 2003. Additionally, they hold a certification as a High Performance Learning Journey Champion, which was obtained from Brinkerhoff Certification - for High Performance Learning Journeys (Promote International) in 2022.
