Trey Willis

Trey Willis has extensive experience in various roles related to environmental compliance, industrial services management, and project engineering. Trey served as the Director of Environmental Compliance at Performance Food Group, where they were responsible for developing and implementing an environmental compliance and risk program. Prior to that, Willis worked at Nestlé as an Industrial Services Manager and later as the Interim Manager of Industrial Services. In these roles, they oversaw facility maintenance, utilities, and compliance with safety standards. Trey also worked as a Project Engineer at Nestlé, managing capital projects. Before joining Nestlé, Willis worked at Praxair as a Mechanical Integrity Program Manager and a Process Engineer, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Trey also worked as an Engineering Consultant at Honeywell and as a Process Engineer at Anheuser-Busch. Willis began their career as an Engineer at Enteq.

Trey Willis completed their Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma in the years 1995-2000. Trey also obtained the Certified Industrial Refrigeration Operator (CIRO) certification from the Refrigeration Engineers and Technicians Association (RETA) in November 2018.
