Kim Knotts

Kim Knotts has extensive experience in the foodservice industry, currently serving as an Area Manager at Performance Foodservice since April 2012, where responsibilities include sales management. Prior to this role, Kim held multiple positions at Reinhart Foodservice, starting as a Customer Service Representative and progressing to Sales Consultant and Multi-Unit Account Manager until September 2024. Earlier experience includes serving as a Bookkeeper and Catering Sales professional at Podnuh's BBQ from May 2008 to April 2012. Kim is an alumnus of Bossier Parish Community College, having studied there from 2003 to 2005.
