Peter Koenig

Peter Koenig has extensive experience in procurement and category management within the foodservice industry, currently serving as Corporate Director of Procurement-Grocery at Performance Foodservice since March 2022. Prior roles include Corporate Category Director and ERP Business Director at Reinhart Foodservice from May 2012 to April 2022, as well as Vice President of Procurement at Dierks Waukesha between March 2010 and May 2012. Peter also held significant positions at Reinhart Foodservice from May 2002 to March 2010, including President of the Milwaukee Distribution Center and Director of Purchasing. Peter's educational background includes a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, where studies were completed from 1986 to 1990.
