Cristine Brackney

Cristine Brackney, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over two decades. Cristine currently holds the position of Associate Director of Human Resources at Performance Health since September 2021. Prior to that, Cristine worked as a Human Resources Manager/ HRBP at Saint-Gobain Abrasives from October 2018 to September 2021. Cristine also served as the Human Resources Manager (Director) at Heartland Automotive LLC from August 2014 to October 2018, where they successfully led a team, grew the company's workforce, and implemented effective HR and safety practices. Before that, they worked as an HR, Safety & EHS Manager at Firestone Building Products from July 2013 to August 2014, where they played a strategic role in improving HR and production processes. Cristine's career in HR began at Caterpillar Parts Department, where they held the position of Human Resources Manager from January 2003 to January 2013. Cristine started their professional journey as an HR Coordinator at AOL Time Warner from August 1998 to September 2002. Cristine's diverse experience showcases their expertise in various aspects of human resources management.

Cristine Brackney, PHR, SHRM-CP attended Purdue University from 1992 to 1996, where they studied Organizational Leadership & Supervision with a focus on Human Resources Development. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Plainfield High School from 1988 to 1992.
