Cheryl Adams has extensive experience in the healthcare and insurance industries, currently serving as a Claims Specialist at Performance Health Technology since April 2016. In addition to this role, Cheryl has been a Quality Assurance Lead at Oregon Health Insurance Exchange since 2013, where responsibilities include reviewing customer service calls and assisting in training initiatives.
