Paul Cannon

Paul Cannon is an experienced operations executive with a strong background in the food and nutrition sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at Performance Kitchen Food Is Medicine since June 2021, Cannon oversees contract execution, new product development, forecasting, manufacturing, and client relations. Previous roles include Chief Operations Officer at Gold Coast Bakery and Core Supplement Technology, where Cannon drove operational efficiency and manufacturing capability enhancements. Extensive experience at Aryzta LLC and LaBrea Bakery involved leadership in supply chain optimization, resulting in significant cost reductions and new sales initiatives. Canon’s early career included impactful positions at The FRS Company, Marie Callenders, Morgan Confections, and Bariatrix Nutrition, focusing on supply chain management, manufacturing turnaround, and product innovation. Cannon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
