Laura Dilley

Laura Dilley is an experienced professional in account management and fundraising with a strong background in performance improvement and telecommunications within healthcare settings. Currently serving as an Account Manager at PMA USA since August 2018, Laura represents Washington National. Previously, as Development & Fundraising Coordinator for the American Behcet's Disease Association, Laura managed fundraising strategies and donor relationships. Laura's extensive experience at Kaiser Permanente includes roles as Performance Improvement Advisor, Area Director of Hospital Telecommunications, and Assistant Department Administrator, where Laura led significant projects that improved operational efficiency and safety. Laura holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in International Political Economy from The College of Idaho.
