Nicola-Andre Hagmann

Nicola-André Hagmann is the Co-Founder and CEO of HEART ONE, a position held since January 2020, focusing on connecting creative individuals and fostering their talents for co-creation. As a Partner and Leader in Marketing and Innovation at PERFORMANCE ONE since September 2011, Nicola-André has been instrumental in implementing the "Brandformance" service portfolio approach, which encompasses branding, data analytics, technology, and performance. Previous roles include Performance Marketing Manager, where strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns for various organizations were key responsibilities. In addition to work with PERFORMANCE ONE, Nicola-André has served as a guest lecturer in Brand Building, Content Marketing, Podcasting, and Digital Brand Management at various institutions. Educational credentials include a Creative Strategy Diploma from Miami Ad School Europe and a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Media from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University.
