Randall Doizaki

Randall Doizaki has extensive experience in leadership and law enforcement, with roles ranging from owner and CEO of Doizaki on Leadership LLC to serving as a Lieutenant in school safety and as a Leadership Mentor in a law enforcement agency. With a strong background in training, coaching, and mentoring, Randall's expertise also extends to academia, having served as an adjunct faculty instructor at various institutions. Randall holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and Human Resource from Regis University, as well as certificates in police staff and command and public safety leadership.
