Paul D Morgan

Paul is an Executive Director of Quality for Pratt & Whitney, a world leader in the design, manufacture and service of aircraft engines and auxiliary power units. The company has approximately 38,000 employees who support more than 11,000 customers around the world. He is responsible for strategic leadership of the Quality function in support of Pratt & Whitney’s Commercial Engine business portfolio.

His previous assignment was Senior Director, Quality & Process Engineering / Supplier Quality. He was responsible for Tactical and strategic leadership of engineering in technical areas of Source Approval, Material Control Laboratories, Supplier Quality Assurance, Non-Destructive Testing, Advanced Metrology, and Mechanical Systems, Externals, & Nacelles (MSEN) Module Center Quality. He also is a member of the Pratt & Whitney Quality Council.

Paul joined Pratt & Whitney in 2014 and is a life-long aerospace professional with 34 years’ experience in support of rotary-wing, fighter, and tilt-rotor aircraft OEM programs. Previous teaming and leadership encompass Quality, Supply Chain, Program Management, Field Service / Product Support Engineering, Flight Delivery Operations, Experimental Flight Test, and aircraft maintenance.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics and a Master of Science in Logistics & Supply Chain Management; from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Additionally, Paul is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
