Chris Menard

IVR Architect / Technical Lead at Performance Technology Partners (PTP)

Chris Menard has a long and varied work experience. Chris began their career in 1985 as the Asst Social Chairman at Sigma Pi Fraternity. Chris then moved on to American Management Systems (AMS) in 1990 as a Software Developer. From there, they went to Hewlett-Packard in 1996 as a Software Engineer and then to Nortel in 2000 as a Software Engineer. In 2006, they started working at Aspect Software as a Principal Business Systems Analyst. Most recently, they have been working at Performance Technology Partners since 2011 as an IVR Architect / Technical Lead. In this role, they have been involved with all aspects of IVR project execution, including design, development, test and production deployment of web, voice, batch and integration services. Chris'sexperience includes IVR projects that have utilized Java and C# technologies in both Windows and Unix environments.

Chris Menard attended Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 1985 to 1989 and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Discrete Mathematics.
