Paul Marsh

Paul Marsh has held various positions in the technology industry since 1998. Paul began their career as a Speech Applications Engineer at British Telecommunications. In 2001, they moved to Nuance Communications as a Speech Applications Engineer, where they worked on Speechworks / ScanSoft / Nuance Professional Services. In 2006, they became a Development Manager at PTP, where they specialized in Speech Recognition applications for call centers (IVR) as well as other interactive applications for call centers, chat, text, iOS & web apps.

Paul Marsh began their educational career at Trent College from 1987 to 1994. Paul then attended the University of Reading from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a BSc in Cybernetics and Control Engineering. Finally, they attended the University of Sussex from 1997 to 1998, where they obtained an MSc in Knowledge Based Systems.
