Sr. Director, Client Success at PerformLine

Jasleen L. has a wealth of experience in the field of client success. Jasleen began their career in 2006 as a Sr. Workforce Management Consultant at ADP. In 2013, they joined PerformLine as a Client Account Manager and was quickly promoted to Team Lead, Director, and Sr. Director of Client Success. In the same year, they also joined ExpenseAnywhere as a Business Development Manager. During their time at PerformLine, Jasleen was responsible for identifying and codifying key components of client success, providing the executive team with a Client Experience dashboard, and developing key indicators to identify at-risk clients.

Jasleen L. attended the University of Toronto Mississauga from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a B.Sc. (Honors) in Bachelors of Science. In 2012, they obtained a Professional of Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute.
