Liz Willette

Liz Willette has had a varied career in Human Resources and other roles. Liz began their career in 2008 as an Instructional Assistant and Office Manager at Appalachian State University. In 2011, they became Account Executive at Pure Body Studio and Marketing Communications Manager at Holleran Real Estate & Consulting. In 2012, they took on a Human Resources role at Partners HealthCare International. In 2014, they joined PerformLine as Director of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, and was later promoted to Senior Vice President Human Resources and Head of Human Resources. In 2022, they took on the role of Community Ambassador at First Round Capital. During their time at PerformLine, Liz was instrumental in helping the team double in size in 2015 and 2016 while hitting major revenue goals. In 2017, they helped build out scalable product and sales practices while ramping up the technical team.

Liz Willette obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy with a Concentration in Biomedical Ethics and a Minor in Sociology from Appalachian State University. In 2019, they received an Employment Law Certificate from Cornell University. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Employment Law from Cornell University, New Manager Fundamentals from LinkedIn, and Strategic Human Resources from LinkedIn in 2016.
