Michael DeMarco

Michael DeMarco has worked in various finance and accounting roles since 1986. Michael began their career at Ernst & Young as a Senior. From 1990 to 1994, they worked as an Accounting Manager / Controller at Drucker Printing, where they worked closely with the President on all major decisions. Michael then moved to Omnitech Corporate Solutions as a Controller, where they managed the Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources departments and developed annual budgets and monthly projections. In 1997, they became Controller at Health Tech, where they were responsible for all Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, and IT areas and led the implementation of Syspro ERP system. From 1999 to 2015, they were Executive Vice President / CFO at Peoples Education, where they worked closely with the President/CEO and Board of Directors on all major decisions and prepared and presented monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and operating results. Michael then moved to PerformLine Inc. as CFO.

Michael DeMarco obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pace University in 1986. Michael also holds a CPA certification.
