Hannah Whitley

Hannah Whitley has a diverse work experience. Hannah began their career in 2017 as a Shift Lead at Bambinos Italian Cafe. In 2018, they worked as a Caterer for Fresh Ideas Management, LLC and as an Intern for Merrill Lynch. From 2019 to 2022, they were a Professional Recruiter at Insight Global, where they specialized in sourcing information technology, government, accounting, finance, and engineering professionals and delivering service-based solutions to Fortune 1000 clients. In 2022, they moved to Amazon, where they worked as a Technical Sourcing Recruiter III. Here, they partnered with hiring teams and managers to build sourcing, assessment, and hiring pipelines, created new sourcing methods, and utilized multiple ATS platforms to identify candidates. Currently, they are a Corporate Recruiter at PerformYard.

Hannah Whitley obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Business from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2019. Prior to that, they participated in the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business Study Abroad Program, focusing on International Business. Hannah attended Naperville North High School from 2012 to 2015.
