Kelly Gill is a seasoned training and development professional with extensive experience in corporate learning and talent management. Currently serving as the Training and Development Manager at PERI USA since January 2020, Kelly previously held the role of Sr. HR Training Manager at Brink’s Inc., leading initiatives across 200 facilities and 12,000 employees. Prior experience includes Training Manager at Dunbar Armored, where Kelly modernized training systems and developed eLearning resources, and Corporate Trainer, focused on training delivery and policy management. Kelly's career began in customer service roles, including as a Personal Banker at Frost Bank and Barista at Starbucks, as well as holding teaching positions in education. Kelly holds a Bachelor's Degree in History from Penn State University and a Master of Arts in Secondary Education from PennWest California.
