Kristen Matias

Kristen Matias is an emerging legal professional currently serving as an Obligations and Contracts Understudy at Ateneo Law School Central Bar Operations since February 2024. With a strong background in advocacy and leadership roles, Kristen held multiple positions at Ateneo Lex, including Vice President for Organizational Advocacy and Acting Editor of Lexicon. Notable achievements include leading fundraising initiatives for farmers, managing awareness projects on labor law, and overseeing logistics for significant finance events. Kristen has also contributed as a writer for The GUIDON, interned with the Senate of the Philippines, and participated in various organizations such as PLUME and Kids for Kids Philippines. Kristen's educational background includes a Doctor of Law from Ateneo School of Law and a BS in Legal Management from Ateneo de Manila University, complemented by minors in Development and the Law and English Literature.
