Esha S. is an Associate Graduate Student at the Perimeter Institute since August 2022 and a Research Intern specializing in Quantum Error-Correction at Xanadu since October 2024, where the focus is on fault-tolerant quantum computing in photonic measurement-based architectures. Currently pursuing a PhD in Physics (Quantum Information) at the University of Waterloo, Esha's research emphasizes quantum error correction and fault-tolerant quantum computing. Previous experiences include an Undergraduate Research Award at the Institute for Quantum Computing, research at the Max Planck Institute for Gravitational Physics under the DAAD WISE Scholarship, and a Summer Research Internship at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, Pune, focusing on data analysis in High-Energy Physics. Esha holds an Integrated MSc in Physics and a B.E. in Computer Science from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
