Maggie Gamson

Maggie Gamson is a Media Relations Officer at PERIOD. since October 2022, responsible for creating social media content, website materials, and presentations. Previously served as the Director of Media Relations where assistance in content creation and brainstorming took place. Additional experience includes roles as an Education Intern at the Orlando Museum of Art, Communications Assistant and Editorial Intern at Made By Us, and multiple internships with the Smithsonian Institution focusing on communications and social media. Earlier experience with Strike Magazine involved writing and event planning, while a Music Director position at Hillel Academy included coordinating music lessons and performances for children. Maggie Gamson is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in English-Technical Communication at the University of Central Florida, expected to graduate in May 2026.
