David English

As Chief Financial Officer for Periscope Holdings, David is responsible for overall financial and strategic management, including the company’s financial reporting, investor relations, long-range business planning, and other corporate functions.

David brings over 25 years of executive operational and financial experience with both privately held and publicly traded organizations. David is focused on managing rapid growth and profitability.

Prior to joining Periscope in 2018, David served as CFO for Vector Solutions, a private-equity-backed SaaS software company. Prior to that, he served as CFO for Ryan, LLC, a tax services company. David earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from West Texas A&M University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.
