Nirav Paleja has a long and impressive career in the technology industry. Nirav began their career in 1997 as an Analyst Trainee at UBS Securities India Pvt Ltd. In 1998, they became a Senior ERP Technical Consultant at S3/ISC Consultancy Ltd. In 2000, they joined Oracle as a Security/IAM Solutions Specialist & Consulting Tech Manager. In 2006, they founded iMoksha Solutions Inc. as the CEO/Founder of IAM & Data Security. In 2007, they became a Director (Board Member - Analytics Startup) at XTS Inc. In 2008, they joined Aurionpro Solutions Inc. as a Vice President of Business Development. In 2017, they became a Co-Founder & Strategic Advisor at FEAST Software Pvt. Ltd. In 2022, they joined Dock as the Web3 GTM / Head Business Development, Partnerships & Product Strategy. Currently, they are a Leader in Innovating Cloud Workloads in Web3, API's, Wallets, SSI, Shared Services across Industries at Periscope-Tech.

Nirav Paleja completed their High School Diploma in Electronics (Specialization) from Gurukul Educational Institutions (Mumbai) in 1989-1990. Nirav then went on to obtain a BS in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai between 1991-1995. Finally, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and General from K J Somaiya Institute of Management in 1996-1998.
