Garima Shah (She/Her)

Garima Shah, PhD, is an Associate Consultant at Kearney since September 2022, previously serving as a Senior Business Analyst. Garima held leadership roles at the Johns Hopkins Graduate Consulting Club from February 2020 to September 2022, including President Consultant and Director of Pro Bono Consulting, where responsibilities included client interaction, project management, and team leadership across various industries. Academic experience includes neuroscience research at The Johns Hopkins University, contributing to projects on anxiety mechanisms and engaging as a Teaching Assistant. Garima co-founded Stitch4Corona, a nonprofit initiative that produced and distributed over 15,000 masks during the COVID-19 pandemic. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Neuroscience and an MA in Psychology from The Johns Hopkins University, complemented by an Honors BSc in Neuroscience from the University of Toronto Scarborough.
