Charith Augastheenuge

Charith Augastheenuge has a wide range of experience in the IT industry. Charith began their career in 2014 as an IT Technician at Malay Fast Foods (Pvt) Ltd. In 2015, they moved to Tharindu JBJ Creations (Pvt) Ltd as an IT Assistant. In 2017, they joined Legacy Health LLC, where they held the roles of Assistant Manager - IT & Information Security, Senior Network Administrator, and Network Administrator. In 2022, they started working at Perituza Software Solutions as an IT Support Engineer III.

Charith Augastheenuge has a Master of Science in Networking and Information Security from Kingston University, obtained between 2018 and 2020. Charith also holds a PGD by examination from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, obtained between 2013 and 2016. Augastheenuge also holds several certifications, including CyberOps Associate from Cisco (2020), NSE 2 Network Security Associate from Fortinet (2020), Understanding of Cisco Network Devices from Cisco (2020), NSE 1 Network Security Associate from Fortinet (2019), Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA Routing and Switching) from Cisco (2019), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations 2020 Certified Associate from Oracle (2020), Associate Member from Computer Society of Sri Lanka (date unknown), and Certified Network Security Specialist from ICSI (International CyberSecurity Institute), UK (date unknown).
