Jeremy West

Jeremy West has a diverse work experience starting in 1995 with the US Army. Jeremy served as a Specialist in the Infantry, attending basic training and receiving additional training in Mechanized Infantry. Jeremy then worked at Monmouth University as a Helpdesk representative before joining Key Data Solutions as a Systems Analyst for Merck & Co. Later, they joined Merck as a Sr. Systems Analyst, where they provided technical support for laboratory PCs and resolved helpdesk incidents. Jeremy currently works at PerkinElmer as the Lab IT Computing Team Lead, where they provide technical support for laboratory PCs and offers customized solutions to clients.

Jeremy West received ongoing education in technology from The Learning Tree International from 2004 to 2012. Jeremy also earned a diploma in Computer Support & Technology from Anthem Institute (The Chubb Institute) in 2000. Prior to that, they attended the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1998-1999, although their degree and field of study are unspecified.
