Julia Johannpeter

Julia Johannpeter has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Julia currently works at PerkinElmer, Inc. as the Director, Americas HR Leader. In this role, they lead the strategic and operational human resources function for the organization in North America, including areas such as talent management, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, HR operations and payroll, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement. Julia also serves as the Director, Global Strategic HR Business Partner/Americas DE&I Partner for the company. Prior to joining PerkinElmer, Inc., they held the position of Human Resources Director at the same company and worked there for over 20 years as a Senior Human Resources Manager/Human Resource Business Partner. Before their time at PerkinElmer, Inc., Julia worked as the Human Resources & Facility Safety Manager at Cornell Forge and as the HR Site Supervisor/Talent Acquisition Partner at Panduit. In both roles, they were responsible for various HR functions and managing teams.

Julia Johannpeter holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Julia also obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management & Industrial Relations from Loyola University Chicago.
