Michael Gotham

Michael Gotham has held various positions related to legal talent and attorney recruiting throughout their career. Michael started in 1995 as the Director of Career Planning & Public Service Center at the University of Washington School of Law. In 2000, they joined Stoel Rives LLP as the Director of Attorney Recruiting and Professional Development until 2005. Michael then moved on to Heller Ehrman LLP, where they worked as the Director of Attorney Recruiting from 2006 to 2008. Currently, they are employed at Perkins Coie LLP, where they initially served as the Director of Attorney Recruiting and Retention from 2008 and is presently working as the Senior Director of Legal Talent since 2021.
