Kristina Koch

Kristina is a senior design strategist at Perkins Eastman, and her experience extends across management consulting, organizational change, communications, and business. She has extensive experience in developing strategic programs that assist the clients in realizing the benefits of their company-wide change and enjoys helping reach and empower teams to embrace their new space.

Kristina brings a global mindset to each project. Originally from Austria, Kristina has lived and worked in Finland, Switzerland, Russia, and Canada. She’s done extensive volunteer work in Africa as well. She’s also a former competitive international hockey player and greatly enjoys building and collaborating with high-performing teams.
