Yoni Balan is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in business development and strategic partnerships across various industries. Yoni serves as the VP of Business Development and Strategic Alliances at PerkSpot, leading initiatives for the premier Employee Benefits Marketplace since February 2025. As an advisor at Ciconia Medical, Yoni contributes to business strategy and investor relations, being part of the founding team since 2022. Previously, Yoni was the VP of Strategic Alliances & Channel Sales at Workiz Inc., where a comprehensive alliances program was developed. Yoni's background includes strategic roles at Deputy, UKG, Mavenir, the Israel Electric Company, and service as an Intelligence Officer in the Israeli Military Intelligence.
