Zach Greenberg is a seasoned entrepreneur and advisor with a diverse background in innovative food and beverage industries. As Co-Founder of ProCol Health, Zach is leading efforts to transform aquaculture byproducts into advanced collagen-based products. In advisory roles at SYSTEM™ Seltzers, Dilettoso, Liquid Death Mountain Water, and Savage Jerky Co., Zach contributes to brands that focus on inclusivity, convenience, sustainability, and quality. Additionally, as a founding team member of Perky Jerky and a former board member for Colorado Food Works, Zach has a strong track record in sales and growth within the food sector. Zach holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management from the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business.
