Steve Searl is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in product development and management within the refrigeration sector. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Perlick Corporation since August 2024, Searl previously held senior leadership roles at Dometic, where responsibilities included overseeing a product development engineering team focused on refrigeration products for the Americas. Searl's career also includes positions as Product Engineering Manager at Zero Zone, Manager/Engineer at Samsung Electronics, Engineering Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation, Lead Engineer at Whirlpool Corporation, and various roles at Electrolux and GE. Searl earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
