Jeff Caton

Jeff Caton has been in the workforce since 1997. Jeff began their career as a Restaurant General Manager at Papa Johns. In 2000, they joined Sears Holdings Corporation where they held the roles of Assistant Store Manager Operations, Assistant Store Manager Sales, Home Appliance Lead (supervisor), and Commission Sales Associate. In 2008, they took on the role of Territory Sales Representitive at Canon Business Solutions. In 2016, they joined Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores, Inc. as Business Support Manager and Ecommerce Manager. Jeff was also Store Manager at the same company. In 2022, they took on the role of Fleet Manager at Perma-Seal Basement Systems.

Jeff Caton attended Illinois State University from 1991 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Organizational Leadership.
