Francisco Fan

Francisco Fan has extensive experience in overseeing international projects, particularly within the oil and gas and construction sectors. Currently serving as the Overseas Project Director at Permanent Steel Manufacturing Co., Ltd since March 2010, Francisco previously held a similar position at Tianjin Pipe Group Corporation from February 2008 to May 2010. Francisco holds an MBA in International Trade from Peking University, earned between 2006 and 2010.
