Andrew Shields

Andrew Shields, Assoc. CIPD, is an experienced HR Data Analyst at PTSB since December 2021, responsible for managing and issuing numerous standard and custom data reports using Tableau Online and MS Excel. Prior to this role, Andrew served as Night Manager at Salthill Hotel from November 2015 to January 2020, where major responsibilities included addressing guest inquiries and auditing client accounts. Additional experience includes a position as Construction Site Security with Beacon and as a Crew Member at McDonald's. Andrew holds a MA in Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland, a Diploma in Human Resources from Asean Online Education, and a Bachelor of Arts in History & Sociology from University College Dublin.
