Katarina Koltun Qfa

Katarina Koltun QFA currently serves as a Customer Experience Champion at PTSB since November 2023. Previously, Katarina worked at Sedgwick as a Complaints Handler in Banking from March to August 2023, and held the position of Credit Support Team Leader at Finance Ireland focusing on residential mortgages from August 2022 to January 2023. Katarina has extensive experience in fraud operations as a Team Lead at TaskUs from August 2020 to July 2022, and in customer service as a Project Team Lead and Sales Advisor at Bank of Ireland from July 2016 to August 2020, where responsibilities included handling loans and overdrafts. Katarina's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from Maynooth University and a Qualified Financial Adviser (QFA) certification from the Institute of Banking.
