Colleen Proctor

Colleen Proctor has extensive experience in the field of information technology. Colleen most recently served as the Vice President of Information Technology at Permian Resources since July 2018. Prior to that, they were the Director of Enterprise Applications at QEP Resources from July 2012 to July 2018. Before that, they worked as an IT Director at Fidelity National Financial from October 2007 to July 2012. At Fidelity, they led a cost-saving initiative and managed various IT functions. Colleen also held the position of Senior Manager of Product Delivery at IHS from 2005 to 2008, where they managed global teams and budgets. Colleen'searlier experience includes working as a Senior Project Manager/Business Analyst at Oracle from October 2002 to May 2005. In this role, they were responsible for project planning and management.

Colleen Proctor obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from the University of Washington from 1991 to 1995. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business at the University of Colorado Denver from 1997 to 1999.
