Alice Girardot

Alice Girardot is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in executive search. Currently serving as Head of Talent Acquisition at Permira since July 2019, Alice previously worked at BlackRock from November 2015 to July 2019 as EMEA Head of Executive Search, focusing on senior-level appointments and talent advisory. Prior to that, Alice was a Consultant at Lutyens da Cunha, an asset management executive search firm, where the role evolved from generalist researcher to Consultant. Alice holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from Newcastle University, completed in 2005.
