Dalili Concha Oliva is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR processes and compliance. Currently serving in human resources at Permira since September 2024, Dalili previously held the role of Human Resources Generalist at SourceNow from June 2022 to August 2024, where duties included coordinating employee onboarding, benefits, training, performance reviews, and policy development to ensure labor law compliance.
