Mikael Fransson

Mikael Fransson has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Mikael started their career at SEB in 2003 as an Account Manager in SEB Securities Services. After two years, they became an Account Manager in SEB Client Coverage, where they worked until 2007. In 2008, they transitioned to the role of a Client Executive in Leveraged Finance at SEB, a position they held until 2022. Mikael then joined Permira as an Investment Director, focusing on leading origination and executing direct investments in the Nordic region for Permira Credit's direct lending business.

Mikael Fransson completed their Master's degree in Economics/Business Economics at Uppsala University, from 1998 to 2003. In 2002, they also attended Maastricht University to study Economics, although it is unclear whether they obtained a degree from there. Additionally, in 2000, they briefly attended the University of Nottingham to study International Business.
