Paul Landa is a project manager with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Paul has managed projects for retail stores, commercial businesses, and industrial sites across the United States. Paul began their career in 1990 as an entry-level construction worker and was quickly promoted to project manager. In 2001, they started working for Southwest Fixture Installers, where they managed a team of employees and vendors. Three years later, they went out on their own and started Retail Rollout, a national retailer and fixture manufacturing vendor. In 2007, they returned to the construction industry as a project manager for State Permits. Paul has successfully completed projects for retailers needs from permitting to survey and maintenance projects nationally.
Paul Landa earned a Construction Essentials Diploma from Madison Area Technical College. Paul then went on to study Architectural General Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Paul Landa reports to Bill Hellmann, Senior Project Manager. Paul Landa works with Adam Kerian - Project Manager, Billie Jo White - Assistant Project Manager, and Brea Welsh - Administrative Assistant.
