Margaux Blugeon

Margaux Blugeon possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Lead Global IT and Global Senior HRBP IT at Pernod Ricard since May 2022. Prior roles include HR Manager at L'Oréal and HR Consultant at BearingPoint, where responsibilities involved defining HR strategies, facilitating organizational change, and managing talent development. Margaux has also contributed to digital recruitment initiatives as a project leader at Reekrut, and held various HR positions at Danone Waters, Looking for Talents, and Saint-Gobain, gaining expertise in recruitment processes, training implementation, and project management. Margaux holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Sciences Po and a certificate in Design Leadership from Parsons School of Design.
