Mauricio Melchor

Mauricio Melchor is a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Pernod Ricard since September 2021, focusing on recruitment strategies and providing human resources support to enhance talent acquisition processes. In a short-term assignment as an HR Controller, Mauricio managed the Compensation and Benefits budget and HeadCount within the company's regional scope.
