Olivia Sergent

Olivia Sergent is a Senior Intellectual Property Counsel at Pernod Ricard, with a career spanning over a decade in intellectual property management. Starting as an Intellectual Property Counsel for the Holding, Olivia progressed to manage trademark portfolios, oversee litigation in counterfeiting cases, and lead training initiatives for non-IP professionals. Expertise includes a strong knowledge of the Chinese IP system, negotiation and drafting of various legal agreements, and active participation in international meetings such as INTA. Olivia holds a Master's degree in Intellectual Property from the Center for International Intellectual Property Studies and a Master 2 in Multimedia and Computer Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
