Scott Norris

Scott Norris is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as a Sous Chef at Brooklake Country Club since March 2018 and at Perona Farms since May 2015. In these roles, Scott is responsible for all culinary aspects related to events, supervising production and managing up to 12 cooks in a high-volume catering environment, while also handling inventory and food costs. Previously, Scott worked as a line cook at Portobello Italian Restaurant from October 2013 to March 2015, where proficiency in Italian cooking was developed, along with strong knife skills and mise en place supervision. Earlier experience includes serving as Banquet Chef at Upper Montclair Country Club from March 2011 to December 2013, handling purchase orders, banquet function sheets, and maintaining communication with the sales department. Scott holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management and an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from Hudson County Community College.
