Paul Koopman

Paul Koopman has a diverse work experience in corporate development, M&A, consulting, and finance. Paul currently works as a Corporate Development/M&A Manager at Perpetual Next since April 2022. Prior to their current role, they were a Senior Consultant M&A at Deloitte from October 2021 to April 2022. Before that, they held various positions at Deloitte, including Consultant M&A from October 2019 to October 2021 and Analyst M&A from March 2018 to October 2019. Paul also worked as an Analyst Corporate Finance at Sophista mergers & acquisitions from May 2017 to February 2018. Paul started their career as an Auditor at Double Paid B.V. from March 2015 to April 2017.

Paul Koopman completed their education at the University of Amsterdam. From 2013 to 2016, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics and Business. Following this, they continued their studies at the same university from 2016 to 2017 and obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Finance, with a track in Corporate Finance. In terms of additional certifications, Paul passed Level I of the CFA Program offered by the CFA Institute in February 2021. Paul also attained a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Organization and a Master's degree in Finance from the Universiteit van Amsterdam, although the specific dates of completion for these degrees are unknown.
