James Pollett

James Pollett has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. James currently holds the position of Head of Operations Transformation at Perpetual Limited since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Investment Services from September 2019 to April 2023 at the same company. James also served as the Head of Investment Operations from January 2018 to September 2019 at Perpetual Limited. James had a brief stint as a Project Manager, Customer Services Consultant at SuperConcepts from August 2017 to December 2017. From July 2016 to July 2017, they worked as a Senior Project and Product Manager Consultant at Crestone Wealth Management. James has a significant work history at Morgan Stanley, starting in August 2005. During their time at Morgan Stanley, they held various executive director roles, including Morgan Stanley Electronic Trading (MSET) and Derivative Clearing Sales. James also served as the Australia COO and Head of Australia & Indonesia Operations. Additionally, James held the position of Asia Head of Position Services/Asset Servicing and Head of Asia Equity Settlements. Before their tenure at Morgan Stanley, they worked as a Senior Manager in Implementation and Marketing at BankWest from August 2004 to July 2005. James began their career at Morgan Stanley in February 1998, where they served as a Senior Manager in Equity & Derivatives Operations and later as a Manager in the Client Service Group until March 2004.

James Pollett earned a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from The University of Western Australia, completing their studies from 1992 to 1995. James also pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Law at the same university, from 1992 to 1997. In 2016, they attended the Australian Institute of Company Directors for a course on Foundations of Directorship.
